I became a therapist because I saw the need to bridge the gap in mental health support for minority communities. Everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, valued, and understood, and I strive to create that for my clients.

I am passionate about working with adults, couples, families, and children, as well as LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals. My approach is open, direct, and compassionate, drawing from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and experiential techniques. I also have specialized training in Prepare & Enrich Premarital Counseling, helping couples build strong foundations for their relationships.

I enjoy working with clients navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and communication issues. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey.

Outside of therapy, you can find me spending time with my child and puppy, writing poetry, reading, and practicing yoga—all things that help me recharge and stay grounded.
